Content and strategy
A little bit of numbers at the beginning.

For five months of work, we managed to get:
⁃ 8,130 subscribers;
⁃ 34,6K likes.
The key task from our partners was to convey the whole list of services of the MasterZoo pet store chain through the prism of TikTok trends and features. All this happened, of course, with the addition of humor, dancing, and everything else that the platform algorithms require. We do not make platitudes like "Let us show you what we have and don't," but we generate good traffic to the MasterZoo site and the YouTube channel. In addition to promoting products, we break stereotypes, fight objections and give helpful tips.
We have also developed special columns through which we communicate with our audience:
⁃ grooming;
⁃ answers to questions;
⁃ A TOP selection of products;
⁃ introduction to exotic animals.
A little secret: in the account, we try to publish videos with different animals, mainly cats, and dogs. Because everyone on the web knows that cuteness is the way to great reach and high activity, such content allows us to collect saves and reposts because it is "life-like" and familiar to everyone.
Targeting and the results
The task of the target advertising specialists was to bring subscribers to a new account. We were expecting an audience of 3-4k users. Here is a small amount of data on the first test AC:
Budget — 2 800 UAH.
Term of broadcast — 14 days.
The purpose of optimization was "Interactions." Because this target was new in the advertising cabinet of TT, there was no clear understanding of how it works. Therefore, we were delighted with the results.
The "Interaction" target shows your ads to those who will go to the profile and subscribe, like, comment, and follow the publication.
During this period, we reached 214,924 people. We got 19,229 likes and 6,927 subscribers, and the average price per subscriber was 0.36UAH. The indicators of the last metric surprised us exceptionally nicely. Thus, we have managed to energize and rock the profile. Now we are getting thousands of views organically, and before the start of advertising, 700–800 views was the maximum for this account.
As a result of this period, we can boast two of the most outstanding achievements: 1. We got our first million views on TikTok! (A video about New Year's gifts for the pets). 2. We brought our partners into the "Top 20 Ukrainian retailers on TikTok in 2022" ranking with superstars such as Mcdonald's, ALLO, Rozetka, and Epicenter.
