Design
Design is the largest area of work in this project. Sometimes, up to 60 design layouts, advertising banners, and animations can be developed monthly. If you summarize all this with the work of the story makers, the number of design units exceeds 200! Each creative is developed for different purposes, but they all necessarily comply with the norms of the brand book, TOV, and corporate values of the brand.
Production
The variety of videos we have shot for the brand is as wide as the whole wonderful world of our beloved pets. These were "shorts" for Stories in retail stores, commercials interviews for specific brands in a particular field of pet products, and video tours with a guide-consultant in ZooMarkets in Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Kyiv. One of the last shootings was dedicated to the New employee orientation video — an introductory video for a new employee. It included two stages: filming an interview message from the founder and CEO, as well as filming a branded promotional video about the company, production, and all its areas. To summarize, we shoot a lot for Master Zoo, often with great enthusiasm, because furry actors' special mood and facial expressions usually characterize this kind of production. Targeting
If you ask us for which project, we have used absolutely all available types of advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and we can undoubtedly say that it is our favorite Master Zoo! Over our partnership, we have promoted publications with contests, giveaways, and challenges, promoted Facebook pages and events, lead generation, AC for notifications and calls, traffic to all kinds of questionnaires, registration forms, etc. Moreover, the cherry on top is conversions on the website, which has been fully operational for over a year. We have tried many different techniques, audiences, and creatives during this period. We cannot share all the most exciting data due to the NDA agreement, but we are happy to show a small part of our work over the past six months. Goals: sales on the website, regular AC optimization, and conversion cost reduction. What we did: ● Create static and dynamic visuals in the feed and Stories, ● Write several options for texts, ● Run ads to cold and hot audiences by segments, and ● Run dynamic remarketing. Results: views — 2,183,745, visits — 3,557, the average cost per conversion — $0.85, ROI — 1 967, 12%.
SMM
Our acquaintance with Master Zoo began in this area. The client was looking for a young, energetic team that could bring new life to social media profiles and quickly gain the number of subscribers appropriate to the brand, and we had just celebrated our second birthday and were looking for serious, large projects. We found a common language in just one week, drew up a media plan and content strategy for the first month, and set sail. Furthermore, along the course, we faced both tailwinds and ten-point storms. Nevertheless, in more than two years of working, we have achieved the following results: the number of Instagram followers has grown from 9,617 to 24,911, and Facebook followers from 19,863 to 37,944. More than 70 posts and 130 Stories are released monthly; more than 300 direct mail requests and about 2500 comments are processed. Nowadays, social media profiles for a brand are not just an additional line of communication with a client, but one of the leading commercial channels for sales and attracting new customer.
